What to expect…

When you first come to Brain Shift Colorado for Biofeedback, we will perform an assessment together and talk about your goals. The therapist will connect a series of electrodes to your hand and a soft flexible wire that takes your skin’s temperature throughout the assessment. At the same time, there will be an elastic strap around your stomach that will record your breathing.

The assessment is painless and will take approximately 20 minutes. You will answer a few easy questions, play a game on the computer and the biofeedback program will record how your heart rate, breathing, temperature and sweat change throughout the assessment.

Based on the data from the assessment, the therapist will formulate a personalized plan for you to reach your goals whether it is to take podium this season, sleep through the night or simply feel more at ease. We look forward to working with you to meet your unique goals.
